Returns/Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are available if Aqua Exercisers have a major problem. This is when our product:

• has a problem that would have stopped you from purchasing, if you had known about the problem beforehand, 
• is unsafe or unfit for use in water as instructed,
• is significantly different from the description of the product,
• cannot be used for water fitness or hydro-therapy for rehabilitation use.

Return or Exchange requests for a product that is damaged or an issue has happened during shipping, may not be accepted or refunded.
